Expired trial time (zero days left)

When you run your ujam plug-in for the first time (in your DAW), an .ops file with a hardware fingerprint of your computer should get created, as part of our copy protection system. An internet connection is required though.

The trial time can be expired if...

• your firewall or antivirus software block or interfere with the internet connection of the plug-in 
• the 30 day trial period is over and you have 0 days left
• your system time is changed
• you made major hardware changes in your computer

If your trial expired not in a usual way, please send us one of your .ops files so that we can reset your trial time manually. 

You can find the file in the following location:

MS WINDOWS:

A. Go to 
{SYSDRIVE}:/USERS/USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/UJAM/

B. Copy & send us one of your ops file (e.g. VG-IRON.ops)

You will need to Show Hidden Folders in File Explorer options in order to access the hidden library as shown in this quick video tutorial↓ or below it's demonstrated with images

Activate in (File Explorer Options) the show hidden files option 

Apple macOS:

A. In the Finder, choose Go > Go to folder from the menu.  (or use Shift+Command+G)

B. Type “~/Library/Application Support/UJAM”.

C. Copy & send us one of your .ops file (e.g. VG-IRON)
