Every customer is important to us and we always try to make fair und user-friendly decisions. Apart from that, please make sure that your ujam plug-in meets your needs before buying it.

• UJAM offers 30 days, full access for free (“free trial”) for any plug-ins available at ujam.com.
• We strongly advise downloading a free trial before purchasing any plug-in if you’re unsure how to use ujam plug-ins or if you meet any minimum requirements.
• Any purchases on ujam.com are final. Apart from that, there are sometimes circumstances that make it necessary to refund a purchase, but the issue of a refund is always made at the discretion of the ujam team.
