At UJAM, we understand that our users might need to transfer their plugin licenses to another user. To accommodate this need, we have a straightforward license transfer process.
In general: To sell purchased products and transfer plug-in license(s) is permitted and technically possible. This article outlines the steps and requirements for transferring a UJAM plugin license to another user.
Purchasing a License Transfer
- Before initiating a License Transfer, the current license holder must purchase a License Transfer from UJAM:
- A fee of $5 is charged for each License Transfer service. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with transferring the license.

Process of License Transfer
- Once a License Transfer has been aquired, please submit a request to our support team. We will verify the accounts and ensure all requirements are met.
- We need the email addresses of both the sender (current license holder) and the receiver (new license holder).
- Both the sender and the receiver must have an existing UJAM account associated with their email addresses. If the receiver does not have an account, they must create one before the transfer can be processed.
- Also provide the product name(s) and serial number(s) of the plugin(s) you would like to transfer (you can find the details in your UJAM account).
- Once the fee is paid and all details are verified, we will execute the transfer of the license from the sender’s account to the receiver’s account.
How many licenses can I transfer?
Users are allowed to transfer as many licenses as they desire in a single transaction.
This means you can include multiple licenses in one transfer request without additional costs per license.
How many times can I use the service once I've purchased a License Transfer?
Once a license transfer request has been processed, the transfer is considered complete.
If you wish to transfer more licenses in the future, a new license transfer purchase will be required for each subsequent transfer.
I accidentally used a wrong email address, what now?
Incorrect Email Address Handling: If a user accidentally uses the wrong email address when purchasing a UJAM product, they should contact our support team immediately after the order is made.
In such cases, the user will not need to purchase a License Transfer.
Our team will assist in correcting the email address and processing the transfer correctly.
Can I have a refund?
The transfer fee is non-refundable once the transfer process has been initiated.
- UJAM will only be involved in the transfer of license(s), but not in the selling process.
- You should find your current UJAM invoices in your UJAM account. In case you purchased a product directly from the UJAM store and the invoice is missing, our support team can help you out. If you bought the plugin from a reseller, please check your third-party account respectively and reach out to your dealer if necessary.
- If you don’t have access to your account, please reset your password.
- Please understand that we reserve the right to decline a License Transfer, for example if we get the impression that a user only buys products to make a profit (e.g. buying during a sale and then reselling the individual licenses afterwards).
