If you need to change the e-mail address associated with your Ujam account please write us an e-mail. We just need your new e-mail adress, so we can change the account information in our system. After we have changed this, you will receive an e-mail that the e-mail of your current account has changed. Then you only need to click the “lost my password?” link on the login-screen to create a new password.
As a security measure, we need you to answer to this email with your registered address to confirm that you are the owner of the original account. If you don’t have access to your old email account you could send us an license code from one of your products.
