General information about Apple M1 chips

The compatibility of a Mac with the Apple M1 chip and UJAM products has been successfully qualified. Please note that UJAM plugins are still running on Rosetta, as not all plugins are running natively on M1 (yet).

For now, please always start your DAW in 'Rosetta Mode' (Applications folder ➜ right click on the application ➜ get info ➜ check 'Open using Rosetta').

 

At this point we recommend to:

  • Always make sure to use the free 30 day trial of UJAM plugins to ensure that everything works as expected
