This guide lists all steps to remove a UJAM plug-in completely from your system.

A fresh, clean Installation
- If you're running into any issues with your plug-in, uninstalling and reinstalling helps in most cases.
- We recommend to manually check the plugin folders when uninstalling, to ensure that all files actually get removed.
- ❗Important: Always close your DAW before uninstalling, reinstalling or updating a plug-in.
UJAM App Uninstall Feature
The easiest way of uninstalling a plugin is via the UJAM App:
- Open the App settings and check if you're using the latest UJAM App version (at least 0.3.8)
- Find the product you'd like to uninstall and click on the meatball menu (the three tiny dots), then on ‘Uninstall‘:
- You will now be asked to enter your admin credentials:
- Enter your credentials and then the plugin will get uninstalled immediately.
- Done! ✔︎
Removing Files Manually
If you're not using the UJAM App or in case the issue still persists, you need to remove all the plugin files from your system manually.

Garageband
To uninstall Garageband specific data you have to open the Plugin in Garageband in order to find the folder. Remove the Folder from the following location:

How to access the user-level Library (hidden folder) on macOS:
1. Open Finder
2. Click "Go" on the menu bar
3. Press and hold the "option/alt" key
4. Then click the "Library" shortcut which appears
