"Oops! Something went wrong. loadModule failed..." when inserting a UJAM plug-in on a track

Oops! Something went wrong.

loadModule failed: /Library/Application Support/UJAM/FIN-MICRO/node_modules/fin-micro-plugin/node_modules/ujam-ge-shell-lib/lib/index.js

This can occur if the plug-in components are not installed in the correct locations, possibly caused by running different installer versions.

For example, with MICRO v1.3, the ujam-ge-shell-lib folder should be in the fin-micro-plugin folder.

A clean install of the plug-in should fix this:

1. Quit your DAW
2. Launch the UJAM App and sign in
3. Find the plug-in and click ••• (on the right) and select Uninstall
4. After it finishes, click that same ••• menu then select Reinstall
5. After installation finishes, verify that the plug-in is listed as Installed and Activated, then try inserting it into a track in your DAW
