Purchasing a plug-in after running the trial should automatically activate the plug-in. If you see Start Trial or Buy Now (after a trial has finished) try these things:
- Click the profile icon (upper right) to verify you are signed into an account with licenses. (You can check your products to verify these.)
- Click the sync button (upper right) or the "Refresh now!" link (at the bottom) to sync the UJAM App to your account.
- Delete the .ops file for the plug-in that's not activating. You can find the .ops files at:
- macOS: /Users/*YourUserName*/Library/Application Support/UJAM/*PluginName*/
- Windows: %APPDATA%\Roaming\UJAM\*PluginName*\
