How to Rescan Plugins in Reaper:
1. Make sure your ujam plug-in is installed in order to run properly, please check if that’s the case.
check whether the relevant plugin file/s are correctly installed on your computer. Under “VST Plugin Path,” make sure that the following path is listed (if not, add it):
windows
{SYSDRIVE}:\Program Files\VstPlugins\UJAM |
{SYSDRIVE}:\Program Files (x86)\VstPlugins\UJAM |
macOS
{SYSDRIVE}:\Library\Audio\Plug-Ins\VST |
If the plug-in is stored in this location, you can move on to Step 2 – if not, please go to ujam.com/my-account to download your desired plug-in/plug-ins.
2. Open Reaper to perform a rescan and hove over to ''Options'' to open the drop-down menu and click on Preferences.
3. In Preferences Go to Plug-ins > VST.
4. Click on Clear Cache/Re-Scan. In some cases, you may need to hit "Clear cache". This will force Reaper to rescan all plugins.
Your plug-in/plug-ins should’ve now been scanned successfully. Enjoy making music!
