How Can I Activate My Account or Reset My Password?

A UJAM account can be created manually, or automatically by making a purchase in UJAM's online store. If you are unable to log in after creating an account follow these steps:

1. Go to https://www.ujam.com/backstage/
2. Enter your Email Address and click the "Continue with email" button:

3. Click the "Reset password" link:

4. Verify (or enter) your email address then click the "Send reset instructions" button:

5. Find the email sent from no-reply@ujam.com and click the "Reset password" button (check your spam/junk folder if not in your Inbox):

6. Enter your new password and click the "Continue" button:

You should now be able to sign in to your UJAM Account to check your Products and Orders, redeem a code from a reseller, or Sign In to the UJAM App to install & activate your UJAM plugins.
