How Can I Activate My Account or Reset My Password?

A UJAM account can be created manually or automatically by making a purchase in UJAM's online store. If you are unable to log in please follow these steps:

1. Go to https://www.ujam.com/backstage/
2. Enter your Email Address and click "Continue with email" 

3. Click the "Reset password" link

4. Click the "Send reset instructions" button

5. Find the email sent from no-reply@ujam.com and click the "Reset password" button (check your spam/junk folder if not in your Inbox)

6. Enter your new password and click "Continue"

You should now be able to sign in to your UJAM Account to check your Products and Orders, redeem a code from a reseller, or Sign In to the UJAM App to install & activate your UJAM plugins.
