How can I reset my password?

Unable to access your account? Reset your password following these steps.

1) Go to https://www.ujam.com/backstage and click on "Lost Your Password?" (Note that if you are simply changing your password, log out first.)

2) Enter your email address.

• You should get an email that allows you to choose a new password (check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email).
