This is a known issue in version 2.5.0 (this version simply added NKS support).
Workaround: Roll back to an earlier version.
- Uninstall DEEP 2.5.0 using the menu to the right of DEEP in the UJAM App
- Download and run the standalone DEEP 2.4.1 installer here
- Sync/Refresh the UJAM App (it will now show version 2.4.1 installed, and you can ignore the option to Update DEEP)
