In general, to sell purchased products and transfer the plugin licenses is permitted and technically possible. However, please have a look at the terms and conditions to make sure you are eligible for a license transfer.
How does a license transfer work?

Please submit a request to our support team.
- Provide the name and serial number of the plugin you would like to transfer (you can find the details in your UJAM account)
- Also provide the email address of the new owner's UJAM account, so we can transfer the license in our system accordingly.
Terms and conditions (2023 update)
- As a security measure, we need you to contact us with your registered UJAM email address to confirm that you are the rightful owner of your account and your products.

We only allow to transfer licenses for purchases made directly through our website or from an authorized dealer.

UJAM will only be involved in the transfer of licenses but not in the selling process.

There is no transfer fee.

Note that we must be able to confirm that the product was legitimately purchased, so please send us your invoice or order confirmation when requesting a license transfer.

You should find your current UJAM invoices in your UJAM account. In case you purchased a product directly from the UJAM store and the invoice is missing, our support team can help you out. If you bought the plugin from a reseller, please check your third-party account respectively and reach out to your dealer if necessary.

If you don’t have access to your account, please reset your password.

Please understand that in some cases we will decline a license transfer, for example if we get the impression that a user buys bundle products cheap during a sale and then sells the individual licenses afterwards to make a profit.

Free plugins like Finisher MICRO and Usynth DRIVE are also excluded from a separate license transfer.

In general: it is not allowed to sell any licenses you received for free (so called ‘NFR licenses‘)!

Yo I swear to god every I go to get my plugin given to me through location I have a problem I have reset, set , over and over and this is ridiculousness what is goin on
