What is a Crossgrade?

• A Crossgrade is an offer that allows you to purchase a new product at a discounted price because you already own another related product from the same company.
• This is our way of saying thank you for being a part of the UJAM family and to encourage you to explore more of what we have to offer.

Am I eligible for a Crossgrade?

• If you have a UJAM product license related to the product you want to purchase registered to your user account, you qualify for a Crossgrade.
• Free products such as Usynth DRIVE and Finisher MICRO are excluded from Crossgrade eligibility.
• You need to log in to your account before you can purchase a Crossgrade. The products prices in our store will adjust automatically!
  

What is an Upgrade?

• An Upgrade offer allows you to purchase the successor to a product you already own at a reduced price.
• If you own a Version 1 of a UJAM plugin, you can upgrade to its latest version, provided there is an upgrade path available for that product.

Am I eligible for an Upgrade?

• You must already own the respective Version 1 plugin license.
• You need to log in to your account before you can purchase an Upgrade. The products prices in our store will adjust automatically!
• Upgrades are available for the following Version 1 products:
  • Virtual Guitarist IRON, AMBER, SPARKLE, SILK
  • Virtual Bassist ROYAL, ROWDY, MELLOW
  • Beatmaker EDEN, HUSTLE, DOPE
  • Virtual Drummer SOLID, HEAVY, PHAT
• Note that these Version 1 products have been discontinued and are not available anymore.

Can I get a better offer? What about bundle Upgrades?

• Looking ahead, UJAM is committed to providing more personalized offers to meet the diverse needs of our users. These future offers are designed to give you even more flexibility and value in your music production journey.
• You can look forward to options such as building your own bundle or upgrading to a bundle from one or more products.

What if I own multiple products?

• As of now, owning multiple UJAM products does not qualify you for additional discounts or better offers.

How to Avail Crossgrade or Upgrade Offers

2. Check Eligibility: For Crossgrades, any product ownership (excluding freebies) qualifies you. For upgrades, ensure you own a Version 1 of a plugin that has an upgrade path.
