Grace Period for UJAM Software Purchases

At UJAM, we want you to feel confident about your software purchases. That’s why we offer a Grace Period to ensure you don’t miss out on upgrades or new releases shortly after you buy.

If you purchase a plug-in that gets updated or purchase a bundle that gets a new plug-in within the grace period you’ll receive the new version or product for free.

Eligibility

• The software was purchased directly from UJAM or an authorized reseller.
• The purchase of a plug-in occurred within 14 days prior to the release of a paid update/upgrade -or- the purchase of a bundle occurred within 1 month prior to a plug-in being added to that bundle.

Upgrade Process

• Submit your upgrade request within 30 days of the new version’s release.
• Provide proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).
• Once confirmed, we’ll add the new product directly to your UJAM account.

Please note, UJAM may update or discontinue this policy at any time without notice, but any changes won’t affect purchases made prior to the change.
