If you experience this during checkout, the most common reason is that your order is being placed from a country currently affected by international sanctions, such as Russia, Belarus, or (in some cases) Türkiye.
Our payment provider is required to comply with these restrictions and may be unable to process payments from these regions. Unfortunately, this is outside of UJAM's control, and we are unable to override or bypass these restrictions.
Downloading a free product?
If you are trying to download one of our free or Lite products and cannot complete the checkout process for this reason, please contact UJAM Support. In some cases, we may be able to add the product to your account manually.
Not located in a restricted country?
If you are not located in one of the affected countries, please check whether you're using an email address associated with a restricted region (for example, one ending in .ru), as this may also prevent the order from being processed.
