For those who already own UJAM plugins, we offer a crossgrade path to complete your collection at a significant discount. The more plugins you own, the more you save—with discounts reaching up to 80% off!

How Discounts Work

Discount tiers are determined by the total number of unique and eligible plugins you own:

• Own 5+ Plugins: 20% discount
• Own 10+ Plugins: 40% discount
• Own 20+ Plugins: 60% discount
• Own 30+ Plugins: 80% discount

Eligibility for Crossgrade Discounts

Please note the following rules when calculating your eligibility for a crossgrade discount:

• Unique Products Only: Only unique plugins count toward your total. Owning multiple licenses or different versions (e.g., V1, V2, V3) of the same product counts as a single license for the crossgrade.
• Eligible Licenses:
  • ✅ Not For Resale (NFR) licenses are counted.
  • ✅ Promotional products provided at no cost (e.g., Usynth DRIVE, UFX REVERB, Odd Meter MIDI Pack) are included.
• Excluded Plugins:
  • ❌ Finisher MICRO is a free plugin and does not count.
  • ❌ Vox Humana was a special fundraising collaboration for the Bob Moog Foundation and is excluded from the bundle and crossgrade offers.

Important Policy on Future Plugins

When you purchase the Music Creation Suite, you receive every UJAM plugin available on that date. However, please be aware of the following:

• What About Future UJAM Plugins?

  Your Music Creation Suite is a "snapshot in time"—it gives you a permanent license for every single UJAM plugin that exists at the moment of your purchase. Think of it like buying a band's "Complete Box Set"; you get every album they've released up to that point.

  Because it's a one-time purchase and not a subscription, plugins we release in the future aren't automatically added for free. This model allows us to keep innovating and building exciting new tools for you.

  The Exception: Our "Fairness" Policy (The Grace Period)

  We want to make sure you always feel good about your purchase. That’s why we have a Grace Period policy.

  This is a short window of time right before we launch a new product. If you buy the Music Creation Suite and we release a brand-new plugin or a brand new bundle just a few days later, our Grace Period ensures you get that new plugin or the new bundle added to your account for free. It’s our way of saying thanks and making sure you don't miss out.

  So, in short:

  • If you just bought the suite: Check our Grace Period policy page to see if you qualify for the latest release for free.

  • If you're a long-time owner: Don't worry! You're one of our most valued customers. When we launch a new plugin, you'll always get an exclusive loyalty discount to add it to your collection for a much lower price.

Disk Space Requirements

Installing the entire Music Creation Suite requires approximately 140 GB of free disk space. You can, however, store the content files (.blob) of most UJAM plugins on an external drive (SSD is recommended) to save space on your primary drive.
