Main Window

  1. Sync – Synchronizes to your account, activates installed plug-ins
  2. Profile – Click to see your logged in email or to log out
  3. Settings – Set the desired Download Folder and options for Silent Plug-in Installations, etc.
  4. Search bar – Type in a plug-in name to quickly find it
  5. Status Filter – Show All Products or limit displayed plugins to only show Featured Products, Installed Products, Installing, My Products, My Trials, Updates
  6. Series Filter – Choose a specific series to limit the display
  7. Install All – Quicker than clicking each Install button
  8. Plug-in Menu – Options for each title include Manual (opens the User Guide PDF), Details (ProductPage), Locate Content (if you have moved .blobs manually), Move Content (to change .blob locations), Uninstall (remove the plug-in & supporting files), Reinstall
  9. Install/Update/Start Trial button – Starts Install, Trial, shows installation and activation status
  10. Refresh – Synchronizes the app to your account, activates installed plug-ins

Settings

 

Choose Download Folder sets the location where you want installers downloaded to. The default location is /Users/*YourUsername*/Downloads or \Users\*YourUsername*\Downloads\

Delete Installation Files gives options to keep or delete the installers after they run.

Choose Content Folder to use an alternate location like an external drive for the often large .blob files. (SSD recommended.)

Choose Plugin Formats allows options to set which format plug-ins are installed (VST, VST3, AU, AAX)

Silent Plugin Installation allows you to enter your computer ID and Password once and avoid multiple prompts for each plug-in

Enable Dark Mode swaps the text & background colors

Send Usage Data shares info about how the plug-ins are used back to UJAM to help us improve them

Verbose Logging increases the information written to the log file which could be useful if advanced troubleshooting is needed (leave off unless directed by UJAM Support)

Hardware Fingerprint copies the code used to activate plugins on your system (sometimes needed by UJAM Support or for Offline Activation)

Version shows the installed version with a link to the changelog to view release history
