If you're running into issues with the UJAM App, or have an older system that's unsupported by the current version, a clean installation might help.
This guide lists all steps to remove the UJAM App completely from your Windows system (you have to delete the folders and/or data used by the App).
Instructions
1) Quit the UJAM App.
2) Launch Activity Monitor (in Applications > Utilities), search for UJAM, click UJAM, click the Stop (x) icon, then click Quit.
3) Delete the ujamapp folder from /Users/*YourUsername*/Library/Application Support/
Note: if you don't see Library in your User folder, try the Finder's Go menu with the [option] key down.
If reinstalling, download the current UJAM App or an older version for Catalina, Mojave, etc.
