I can't activate my new plug-in!
LATIGO is activated by the UJAM App or by entering the email address and password from your UJAM Account in the UI the first time you load it in your DAW. See our Authorization Issues or Stuck in Trial Mode After Purchasing articles for help.
I downloaded the plug-in but my trial time has already expired – I have 0 days left.

I bought LATIGO at a reseller, how can I redeem my code?

I installed LATIGO but I can't find it in my DAW.
Try a DAW plug-in rescan. Also, note that LATIGO is a stereo plug-in (so won't be seen on mono tracks in some DAWs). Click here for additional info.

I'm running into download issues. What can I do?

Can I load my own samples into LATIGO?
No. LATIGO includes its own sample content.
Is there an option to Drag and Drop MIDI?
Sure! LATIGO features MIDI drag and drop, giving you way more possibilities for quick arranging and to fine adjust and alter phrases. Note that if you drag and drop a MIDI file into your DAW, because of the plugin’s internal MIDI handling, you might have to manually adjust its length, this is especially true for Intros, Fills, and Endings.
